  1. Do you exercise?

Yes I try to go to the gym as much as possible I also enjoy doing yoga.

  1. Do you follow a healthy diet?

I try to eat healthy all the time. Sometimes I find it very difficult so I try to replace a meal with a healthy bar to make sure I don’t have junk food.

  1. What is your favorite food?

I really love Italian food!

4.What is your ultimate fitness goal?

My fitness goal is to be in shape all the time and have abs.

  1. What/who motivates you?

I motivate myself.

  1. What is something most people don’t know or would be surprised to learn about you?

Everyone is surprised to know that I’m from Columbia.

  1. What is some advice you would like to give to other people trying to eat healthy?

To keep doing it. It’s not easy but it pays off in the end.
