Yes I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and I take dance classes and full body work classes.

Yes I try to follow a strict diet. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and I try to stay away from sweets as much as possible.

I drink a vegetable smoothie and I have a nutrition bar.

I love martial arts.
