1.How often do you exercise?

About 3-4 days a week.

  1. What are some of your fitness goals?

Build lean muscle mass and improve endurance and strength. Burn excess fat through cardio exercise.

  1. Do you follow a strict diet?

I don’t follow a very strict diet, but I try and eat healthier alternatives and avoid fast food. I eat a lot of protein and avoid sugar.

  1. What are some essentials that you look for in a health bar?

I want my bars to have good nutrients a good amount of protein and good taste.

  1. What motivates you?

I’m motivated by the effects I feel after exercise including increased energy levels, improved mood, focus, better posture, better breathing, and overall quality of life. Health is a priority. Also I want to look good for myself and attract women.

  1. What is something most people would be surprised to learn about you?

I’m still single 😉 lol.

  1. What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is BBQ. I like ribs, chicken, and  baked beans.
