1. What do you do?
I’m a music teacher and I tutor kids between 5 and 15.
2. Favorite food?
Since I was a kid I had a hard time understanding people who said they didn’t like fruits and veggies.
I don’t have one favorite, but I adore strawberries, raspberries, mushroom, spinach, and zucchini.
3. What is your favorite physical activity?
I currently learning ballet, and even though it makes my legs feel like jelly after class, I know I’m training so many parts of my body.
I have better balance, better posture, stronger legs, and so much more flexibility.
4. What motivates you?
Helping people learn and understand what it truly means to be healthy. Crash diets are no good! I believe health = happiness in everything that you do,
and I’m committed to showing people ways to achieve that goal.
5. What is something that makes you truly happy?
I’m a music teacher and a tutor. To see my students beat hurdles and excel is one of the things that makes me happiest.
6. What is some advice you would like to give people trying to live a healthy lifestyle?
Eat fresh. Spend time outside. Do things that bring you joy.
