1. Do you exercise?

I go to the gym about four times a week. When I don’t go to the gym I go hiking.

  1. Do you eat healthy?

I try to eat as healthy as possible. I eat a lot of protein and I’m not big on sweets. I try to eat fruits and vegetables as well.

  1. What is your favorite food?

I love sushi and carrots and frosted flakes.

  1. What motivates you to keep going to the gym?

Seeing results is what motivates me to keep going.

  1. Favorite activity?

I love skydiving and paint balling.

  1. What is your advice to other people who are trying to eat healthy?

Stay away from junk food. You are what you eat.
