Yes I go to the gym about six days a week.

I eat very healthy. I stay away from all sorts of junk food. I eat a lot of protein, fruits and vegetables and I love mixed nuts.

Incline chest press.

I stay away from meat.

I love hiking.

When you eat healthy and exercise you feel great and feeling great is worth all the work you put in. Take care of your body at the end of the day that’s all we really have.

My ultimate fitness goal is to become better than yesterday.
