1. What is your favorite exercise?

I love doing cardio and taking classes at the gym.

  1. Do you eat healthy?

I do. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I love eating vegetable soup and salads. I avoid oily and fatty food.

  1. How often do you work out?

I try to go to the gym at least three times a week.

  1. What is your favorite physical activity?

I enjoy going on long hikes with my dog. It relaxes me and makes me feel great. I get a great workout and so does my dog=).

  1. Do you have any food restrictions?

I try to stay away from carbs and sweets. I eat a lot of greens and protein. I think that moderation is the key to a healthy lifestyle. I don’t restrict myself too much. If I feel I ate too much I try to workout harder at the gym, to burn hose few extra calories. I also try not to have my meals late in the evening.

  1. Who is your hero and why?

My mother is my hero. She is a very strong woman and has influenced me in a lot of ways throughout my life. She is very strong and has dedicated her whole life to my sister and I so that we could have a bright future.
