  1. Do you exercise?

I do! I do a different mixture of workouts in the period of one week. I typically go to the gym two to three days a week. On my days off from the gym I like going on jogs around my neighborhood or on hikes to Runyon Canyon. Exercising really helps clear my mind and makes me feel refreshed and energized for the day.

  1. Do you eat healthy?

I typically try to eat very healthy! I drink a glass of lemon water in the mornings followed by a health bar or some cereal with almond milk. I usually like to have a shot of expresso as well of course all this is in moderation.

  1. What is your favorite snack?

Avocado.

  1. What is your favorite food?

I don’t really have one specific favorite food. I enjoy Russian food, caviar; salmon, gourmet sandwiches and Mediterranean food are all on top of my list.

  1. Guilty pleasure?

I really love high quality dark chocolate.

  1. What is your advice to other people trying to lead a healthy lifestyle?

Look in the mirror when you wake up, make sure you are happy with what you see, if you are good for you I’m guessing you are doing something right, if you are not do something about it. Go for a run your life is in your hands.
